Mid Central Community Action, Inc. has been providing homebuyer education, downpayment and closing cost assistance, and housing counseling for more than ten years. In order to continue to serve our mission, MCCA is now offering mortgage lending to boost home ownership among the nation's most underserved buyers.

MCCA has a passion for assisting homebuyers to realize the American Dream by offering lending programs that address the unique purchasing needs of people in a variety of circumstances.

Our objective is to serve our community by helping borrowers to qualify for finanacing. Our goal is to provide program eligible borrowers with an alternative to expensive riskier sub-prime and predatory lending programs.

MCCA has the ability to exercise flexibility with credit, debt-to-income ratios, loan limits and low- to no-downpayment mortgages.
