Transitional Housing

This program provides temporary housing for families who are homeless or close to being homeless.

Working with our staff, these individuals and families strive to become self-sufficient while making effective use of community resources. Periodic inspections provide safety and security to our residents while ongoing case management facilitates satisfactory progress toward permanent housing.
